Lets start with this:
I built this site out of rage. All the other sites seemed so small,general, nonspecific, and some of there rules and administration strategies wasn't over friendly. So, I decided that I'd give them some competition. So, this site came about on August 9, 2009. After frantic staff searching, looking at a lot of sites, a lot of thinking, a lot of board creations, and designs from our coders and designers, you have this great forum!
